Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom items are made specifically to your specifications and are there for ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part.
  • To initiate a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrectly personalized custom item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs to facilitate the return process.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item is returned safely.

Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
